Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, covering any old barcodes.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
